Ambulance DriverLocated: Valentine NEShift: PRNBase Pay: Starts at $15.86 per hour, with higher pay based on experience.On-Call: Must be available to respond to 9-1-1 calls when paged; paid $2.00 per hour while on call.Call-Back Pay: Time and a half when called in, with a minimum of one hour of pay.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Ambulance Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of patients to medical facilities while supporting medical personnel in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to patient safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate ambulance vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with all traffic laws and regulationsTransport patients to healthcare facilities while assisting with basic life support as neededCollaborate with EMTs and other medical personnel to support patient care during transportMaintain clear and effective communication with healthcare professionals and dispatchAccurately document patient transport activities and related informationEnsure ambulance vehicles, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and in proper working conditionPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience as an ambulance driver or in a healthcare settingCPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
